1. Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, once a course, ebook, or code snippet has been accessed or downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned."
2. Refund Eligibility
We may grant exceptions and issue a refund under the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same account.
Technical Issues: If there is a technical defect in the product that our support team cannot resolve within 7 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds on Renewals: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or forgotten renewals. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
4. How to Request a Refund

The Order ID or Transaction ID.
A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Processing Refunds
